My name is Róisín Monaghan, originally from Galway and now living in Limerick for the last 15 years. I am a Professional Coach and work with clients on all areas of their lives to set their agenda and achieve their goals and desired outcomes.
I work full time as a Senior Executive in the public sector, managing a large team and operations across a number of dispersed sites. Working within a coaching culture and coaching approach to management. I have an honours degree in European Studies and a higher diploma in Human Resources Development and a MSc in Organisational Behaviour (1.1.)
I hold a Certificate Psychometric Testing from the British Psychology Society and recently completed a Certificate in Professional Coaching from Coaching Development Ltd, accredited by the ICF International Coaching Federation. I am a member of the ICF and adhere to theICF code of ethics, guidelines and competencies.
I have a supervisor and I am currently working towards my Associate Certified Coach credential. I am a founding member and chairperson of the West Coaching Circle. I am committed to professional development and keeping up and gathering skills and tools to work with clients.
I have a Diploma in NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and added tool to my coaching repertoire and am I am currently enrolled in a Master Coaching programme.
I love being in nature, many pictures on this site are special to me in some way. I love running and the wooded path beside the river in the picture above is one of my favourite running routes. I play Gaelic Football and Soccer and try to keep as active as possible.
