My coaching philosophy recognises the importance of a professional, competent, connected coaching relationship. My coaching presence is sincere and genuine, confidential and safe co-created partnership between clients and I hold a Coaching Development Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills with the International Coaching Federation and believe the client is the expert in his or her own lives and work and is creative, resourceful and whole.
